X-ray Testing

AANNMicro-Focus Xray radiography and CT measuring device with shielded measuring chamber containing the X-ray source (micro-focus Oxford Instruments, 93508, Cu target, 50W, 35μm FSD), linear and rotational motion stages for probe positioning and the X-ray tube and detector controller.
