Analog Artificial Neural Network coupled to digital system. The AANN consists of 6 neurons, each consisting of three Operation Amplifiers and one sigmoid amplifier. Each amplifier consists of only 3 biploar transistors, in total the AANN consists of 72 transistors only. The ANN parameters (weights and bias of each neuronal node) are set by the blue adjustable resistors. The resistor valiues are computed by external software using a digital twin of the electronic circuit (surrogate model) during model training and validation.
